Adonis Villa is a brand new, luxury, 2 bedroom property situated in Zeus Gardens, a small exclusive development of privately owned homes, ideally located in Kato Paphos. The villa overlooks the large shared pool, which is positioned directly outside the patio doors, making it particularly suitable for families with children, and is for the exclusive use of the residents and their guests. The villa is air conditioned, beautifully presented and equipped to a very high standard. The accommodation is perfect for families or couples. The property is south facing for all day sun and maximum sunshine during the winter months. The excellent location means that car hire is an option, not a necessity. Just a leisurely stroll away is the tourist area of Kato Paphos with its picturesque harbour, mediaeval fort, municipal beach, shops, restaurants and bars. Paphos International airport is approximately 20 minutes away and airport transfers can be arranged if necessary. This is a child-friendly, relaxing and comfortable property – suitable for a fun, family holiday or a quiet peaceful escape for discerning couples.
