Description
Platanos is superbly situated in a very exclusive walled complex with all amenities on site. It enjoys enjoys four including an indoor heated pool and one a stones throw from the patio. The paved poolside patio areas with sun beds and sun umbrellas are ideal for relaxation. The beautifully landscaped grounds with jogging track, childrens payground and tennis courts give you plenty to do. The properties benefit from a large roof terrace, ideal for dining al fresco with your friends and family, and a west facing balcony looking towards the pool. If you are hiring a car there is adequate parking. This property commands an enviable position within the complex only a stones through from the pool yet far enough away from the main pool to be less busy.

Location
The development is just a short drive to the upper town and nearby sandy beaches of Coral Bay, as well as being within easy reach of Pafos International Airport. The harbour and seafront area in Kato Pafos is a 10 minute drive and offers a wealth of waterside cafés and restaurants that invite you to stay a while and watch the world go by. A plethora of amenities such as banks and supermarkets are all within a five-minute drive, as is the sandy municipality beach.

The property benefits from a roof terrace with distant sea views. A pool view from patio/terrace and first floor balcony. Please note Platanos # 1 and # 2 are semi detached houses and can be be rented as one unit for larger family groups or weddings. Dont worry if you are arriving late we provide a welcome pack free of charge. Also if you have a late return flight you are welcome to stay by the pool and freshen up before you depart. Please use the main pool changing rooms and showers. If you need to keep in touch with the uk by email Wireless Internet Access (WiFi) is available but you will need your own laptop with the facility to connect to a wireless network. NB. We do not rent to all male or all female groups. The accomodation is on a quiet complex only suitable for families and couples.

The house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double,1 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has a double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

house has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

Entertainment:
The house has television with dvd, satellite or cable. The music system will play radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
