Pine Apartment is a newly built luxury 3 bed roomed apartment just a few minutes walk from Central Kyrenia and Harbour area with its shops bars and restaurants The apartment is discreetly placed in a small quiet cul-de-sac comprising a block of six apartments and is located on the first floor. It offers spacious accommodation and is tastefully furnished and equipped to a high standard. A large double balcony provides an ideal area for al-fresco dining, breakfasts and drinks at sunset and overlooks the large communal pool and landscaped gardens. Surrounded by pine trees this tranquil setting is the ideal place to chill and relax for couples or families seeking the perfect holiday location within minutes of the lively Kyrenia town and harbour area.

Main Accomodation
The large open plan lounge/dining area with featured marble fireplace has a modern 6 seater chesterfield and bar stools around a breakfast bar, flatscreen TV ,DVD player & satellite. The dining area seats 6 at a modern glass and wrought iron table with direct access to the balcony. The fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar is an integral part of the open plan living area. It is equipped with built-in oven and hob, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. There is also access to the balcony direct from the kitchen. Outside the kitchen balcony are drying facilities for wet swimware..

Bedrooms, Bathroom & wc
The Master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan and bedroom 2 is adjacent and has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan. While bedroom 3 is at the end of the corridor with twin beds and ceiling fan. The main bathroom has the usual bath, overhead shower, basin and wc. There is also a separate wc and basin just off the living room.
