Villa Thomas is a 3 bed villa (1 double and 2 twin rooms). With 3 en suite bathrooms/shower rooms and 1 downstairs cloaks. The villa has an 8m x 4m swimming pool with a large outdoor dining area. There is an open plan lounge/dining room with fully fitted kitchen with all necessary appliances. The villas sleeps 6 (plus 1 infant).
This privately owned luxury villa is set on a large plot (650 sq m) with stunning panoramic views of the Mediterranean and up to the mountains. It is situated in a cul-de-sac of 4 villas in total in an exclusive private development which is only 5 minutes drive from the picturesque village of Pegeia (Peyia) and 5 minutes drive from Coral Bay. Peyia is a self-contained village with a number of good restaurants, a supermarket, a bakers, a delicatessen, three banks and a pharmacy. There are many more shops and bars at Coral Bay, which also has the best sandy 'blue flag' beach in the Paphos area. This is an ideal place to relax but, if you want a more active holiday, there are numerous leisure activities close at hand - jet skiing, paragliding, wind surfing, boat hire, ocean cruises, safe PADI scuba schools, golf, go carting, zoos, wineries, mountain walking, quad bikes, waterparks to name but a few.
Peyia is 10km (20 mins drive) north of Paphos. It is a traditional Cypriot village with a large church. It has a good selection of reasonably priced restaurants and tavernas where you can eat outdoors on summer evenings. Coral Bay, with its wider range of restaurants and bars is only 5 mins drive away, as is Coral Bay Beach - a long sandy 'blue flag' beach which is ideal for adults and children alike. The beach slopes gently into the clear warm sea and there are sun loungers and umbrellas for rent. There is also a choice of two beach cafes.
St. Georges and the beautiful Akamas National Park are only 15 mins drive to the north of the villa.

Suitability:
Families with children are welcome. Under 5's are welcome, however would need to be watched by parents to ensure they do not climb over property railings or explore the balconies - attended children of all ages are perfectly safe - this is just stated as an extra precaution for parents to use their discretion pre booking.

The main living area has a large open plan lounge/dining area with one set of patio doors leading onto a covered veranda and the pool area. Leading off the main living area is the 3rd bedroom with its own en-suite shower room, patio doors onto the front balcony.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, a gas hob, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine.
The dining table seats 6 with the lounge area having two settees and Satellite TV & DVD. Outside there is an outside dining area and covered veranda next to the pool, with a table, sun umbrella and 6 chairs. There is also a poolside shower.
Pool is cleaned twice per week and garden tended after each villa booking. Bed linen and towels are supplied and are changed once a week. We recommend that guests bring their own beach towels.
All bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space. There is full air conditioning available as an optional extra. Children are welcome but safety near the pool is required. There is private driveway with parking for 3 vehicles.
A car is recommended - costs from £100-300. Booking details can be provided. Taxi pickup can also be arranged.
Summary: a superb, high quality villa with wonderful views down to the Paphos Coastline and the blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea, along with breathtaking views up to the mountains.
