KATO PAPHOS PRIME LOCATION VILLA & PRIVATE POOL
Eliana Villa is a spacious, detached 3 bedroom villa with it's own private swimming pool in a very quiet area of Kato Paphos ideal for your summer holiday rental. Eliana Villa comprises a roomy lounge with a patio door leading to the pool area. A dining area next to the fitted kitchen and breakfast bar easily accommodates six persons. A cloakroom with WC and washbasin completes the ground floor. A granite staircase leads to the first floor which comprises three bedrooms. The master bedroom with en suite has patio doors leading to a balcony which overlooks the pool. Two twin bedrooms are located right next to the main bathroom. Eliana Villa has sufficient off street parking for 2 cars. The villa is located in a quiet area with the city center, beach and harbour are just minutes away - the best of both worlds!

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double,1 twin and a cot, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has a single sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

Entertainment:
The villa has television and home cinema with dvd. The music system will play. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. Gill and Geoff says: "We have recently returned from a wonderful family holiday in this super villa, perfectly located for what we wanted which was a lazy relaxing holiday in a lovely place with fabulous pool. Although the weather was very hot it was ideal for the children who alternated between pool and TV (with dvds and play station!). Joulietta was the most perfect host, attentive to every detail whilst her father, Demetrious, cooked the most wonderful Greek food we have ever tasted - delivered to the villa and eaten whilst the children were in the pool! We would go back tomorrow, given the chance. Gill and Geoff"
