KATO PAPHOS PRIME LOCATION VILLA & PRIVATE POOL
Eliana Villa is a detached villa with it's own private swimming pool in a very quiet area of Kato Paphos ideal for your summer holiday rental. Iliana Villa comprises of a spacious lounge with patio door leading to the pool area. A dining area for six persons. A fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar. A cloakroom and WC with basin on the ground floor. A granite staircase lead to first floor. The first floor has 1 double bedroom with en suite and patio doors leading to a balcony which overlooks the pool; one main bathroom and 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds each. Iliana Villa also has sufficient off street parking for 2 cars. The city center, beach and harbour are just minutes away!

Sleeping:
The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double,1 twin and a cot, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

General:
villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

Entertainment:
The villa has television and home cinema with dvd. The music system will play. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

Eating & Living:
There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

ANN says: "We booked the two Eliana villas next door to each other for 11 guests attending a wedding at The Alexander the Great Hotel in Kato Paphos. They were absolutely ideal, both with their own large swimming pools and generously equipped with enough seating/kitchen equipment for all of the party. The villas were spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard. Joulietta was the perfect owner - always ready to help, but never intrusive. Nothing was too much trouble, she arranged for transfers from the airport (excellent) and arranged for a meza on our arrival - prepared fresh by her Father who is a chef. It was delicious and it was a very relaxing start to our holiday. Joulietta also stocked our fridge with wine and beer (our request). The villas are very convenient for the harbour but it is a good walk - takes a good 20 minutes at normal speed. It was too much for some in our group, especially in the heat, but we did hire a small car which only took a few minutes to and from the villas. Brilliant - Thank you!!"
