Perfectly located in Sunny Beach. This superb, brand new, modern apartment is tastefully decorated with all conveniences. It can comfortably sleep up to 4 people. The apartment is on the 5th floor, overlooking the pool with unobstructed views. SW facing and therefore has full sun on the terrace, ideal for relaxing on the balcony. Car hire not necessary as all amenities are within walking distance Large one bedroom with 2 single beds Living room with double and single sofa beds Terrace with view over pool and all day sun Spacious bathroom and WC with walk-in shower Fully equipped kitchen Large, private swimming pool Walking distance to all amenities 250m from the beach Casino across the road Main Sunny Beach supermarket nearby Lift 24 hr Security British owners reside in Bulgaria and can provide airport transfers at a small cost

About Sunny Beach
Bulgarias biggest beach resort, where families come first ! Sunny Beach is considered to be the new Marbella by many, not only does it have miles of golden sand, it consists of family bars, restaurants, night clubs, casinos & great shops. Construction ceases during the summer months, Bulgarians are friendly and helpful.

Smoking/Pool
Although the apartment allows smokers, we would appreciate if persons would use the balcony for smoking. The large private pool has sun loungers for your use and a lovely grass area around the pool.

The apartment is south facing with unobstructed views and full sun. Overlooks the pool. Walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bus station directly behind the complex. Smokers are kindly requested to only use the terrace and not the apartment.

Robert says: "This is the 1st time we have went to an apartment in the last 8 years we have been going to Sunny Beach for our summer holidays and what can i say it was the best experience of all our previous holidays. The apartment was absolutely gorgeous, well furnished and impecably clean. It had all the essentials from oven & hob, microwave, kettle,toaster, george foreman plus all ure usual kitchen utensils. The sitting area has a 3 seater settee- sofa bed plus a 2 seater with dining room table and chairs, tv with digital tv and dvd player. The bedroon is twein single beds with plenty of storage for 4 people. Tou also have an iron, ironing board, airer and hairdryer. There are also 4 foldaway sunbeds to use at the pool as there are only 10 plastic ones and sometimes hard to get so the ones from the apartment come in very handy. We could have saved on luggae weight if we had known that the apartment is supplied with beach towels along with your bathroom towels and linen, When staying in the apartment you have to clean up after urself but 5 mins and this was down. But Sue the owner was absolutely brilliant and brought new bedding and towels to us. She also done our transfers to the resort and back again for £50 and what a difference this made to your journey instead of waiting on buses and dro pping people off. The complex was absolutely spotless and the owners and holiday makers were very nice. It has 24/7 security guards and never once did we hear and noise in the complex. Only noise you heard was traffic and people walking by late at night as the complex is on the main road and only 5 minutes walk to the main stretch. We had a brilliant holiday here and would definately go back to these apartments only problem we did have was the pump in the pool broke down and the water turned green with the heat and had no pool for 5 days out of our last 7 days there but this wasnt the owners of the apartments fault as they faught constantly with home for you to get it fixed, but that didnt stop us as we went to water parks etc. I would highly recommend to book one of these apartments for your holiday stay as we will be doing so again next year. Sue and Chris thanks for letting us rent your apartment and for all ur kindness when we were there and for having milk, butter, bread, jam etc in for us arriving. I would give you 20 out of 10 for your service, Thanks again Robert & Caroleanne"
