Situated in an elevated position on the outskirts of the village of Chlorakas, with magnificent sea and hill views across the coastline of Paphos, approximately 25 minutes drive from Paphos airport is this brand new award winning family development St Nicolas. A ten minute drive takes you into Paphos Harbour which is cosmopolitan and offers a wide choice of eating places or bars to just have a drink and watch the world go by. The best beaches in Paphos at Coral Bay are a ten minute drive away with 3 great Golf courses within 20 minutes drive from the resort. Overlooking the clear blue Mediterranean Sea, It boasts a heated indoor pool and 6 outdoor swimming pools, sauna, Jacuzzi, a tennis court, gymnasium, treatment rooms and restaurant & pool bar. The properties all have private parking and lifts to all floors. This one bedroom apartment is air conditioned, equipped with satellite television (limited UK channels) and is furnished to a very high standard throughout. There is a large double bedroom with side tables,wardbrobes and hair dryer. A good sized family bathroom with overhead shower. Open plan lounge/kitchen diner with washing machine,microwave and ironing facilities. Comfortable modern seating and dining table and chairs. Large balcony with table & chairs for outdoor dining. Cyprus boasts a unique climate, mild winters and hot dry summers. Average daytime temperatures in Winter are around 12-15 C and 26-29 C in Summer. Cyprus enjoys approx 340 sunny days a year and the sun shines for an average of 11 hours a day, ideal for sailing, hiking, diving, and golf, very rarely does the weather interfere in Cyprus....and if it does, its never for very long. Approximately 4 hours flying time from the UK. There are currently over 40 airlines operating some 260 flights per week with the frequency and cost continuously improving. The modern motorways linking the larger towns are excellent, and petrol costs roughly half its UK equivalent price, public transport is also cheap and efficient.
