Looking for luxury, open and spacious living, quiet and secluded location yet close to all required amenities? - Then this spectacular villa is your ideal choice!

Private HEATED pool and beautiful gardens
This exclusive villa has a private heated pool, a very large airy and open living area, WiFi internet access, beautiful gardens and a huge balcony to soak up the sunshine. In addition, the main living area and bedroooms are all air-conditioned and heated with a large open fireplace in the living room.

Ideal location close to all facilities
Positioned toward the end of a small cul-de-sac and 2 minutes walk to a tennis court and additional communal pool and childrens pool, the villa is within easy walking distance of Pissouri village and also the breathtaking nature walks where the full beauty of Cyprus can be appreciated. A short drive takes you to Pissouri beach or to the birth place of Aphrodite or to the championship golf courses at Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley. Fishing, water sports, horse riding and even wine tasting are also available in the area.. The villa is cleaned once a week when towels and bed linen are also changed. Our local representative is available to help with booking car hire, excursions etc. if required.

The villa has television with dvd, satellite or cable. The music system will play.

Eating & Living:
There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Nick says: "The property met and exceeeded our expectations, it is well equiped and adequately furnish. The process of dealing with Ken from the start of the booking to conclusion was excellent. I would recommend the property, WiFi and satalite TV included but can be variable in reception, this is expected in Cyprus, be aware for WiFi you need to purchase access to CityCell which is currently 15€ weekly or 50€ per month. Value for money I marked as good, it is at the higher end of rental, but cleaning weekly and linen change is included and condition of the villa and facilities make it good value for money. It takes around 15 to 20 minutes to walk to the village square. It was a great holiday location and if we return to Cyprus I would have no hesitation in dealing with Ken and the villa again."
