Dubrovnik Riviera room/studio rental details

About House
Dubrovnik-Apartments are settled in the peacefull part of the Lapad bay, nearby the sea. From the Old Town it takes around 10 minutes to reach it by car or by bus. One side of the house has a view to the see, and the other at a little pine forest. There is a beach closely in front of the house with lovely terrace for laying in the sun only for our guests. In the back of house is opened Jacuzzi and sauna.

Dolphin - Its size is 35 m2. The suite has one large room divided in bedroom and living-room, completely furnished. Separated are kitchen with dining table and bathroom. "Dolphin" is suitable for four persons. The view from the balcony reaches the whole Lapad bay. If you are staying 7 or more days, transfer from and to the airport are included.

Rick says: "The property was excellent - great views, great spa, great sundeck - almost everything was perfect. Emily Griffis made the booking however it was my credit card that was charged for the booking. The internet showed a price of EUR$322.00 which was confirmed when we booked and this was the amount shown as having been processed. However on my credit card statement the amount of EUR$634.44 is appearing (this is definitely the amount of Euro dollars). Unfortunately, this has left a sour taste in my mouth about the experience of the property. I could have easily put negative descriptions in each box to attract your attention but that would not have been fair so I haven't resorted to that. In return, I would appreciate someone looking into this matter urgently because I have been charged more than double the cost which is very unfair. I await your reply. Rick Butler "
